Pets – Max 2 cats allowed. Monthly pet rent: $40 per pet. Non‑refundable pet fee: $300 per pet. Refundable pet deposit: $300 per pet. No weight limit for cats. Certified service dogs allowed. Birds and fish permitted; tropical fish limited to a 20‑gallon tank. Pet fees and limits apply only to cats.
